What you will learn
- How to enter and exit the kayak safely
- The fundamental paddling techniques (forward, backward, ferry, entering in dead water and current)
- How to maintain balance and proper posture
- Basic maneuvers in calm waters and light currents
- Principles of safety, reading the water, and behavior on the lake or river

Basic Canoeing (calm lake or river)
Ideal for learning the movements and gaining confidence
Duration: 1, 2, or 3 lessons of 1.5 hours
Advanced Canoeing (moving waters / river)

Duration: 2 to 4 progressive sessions
Eskimo Course
The Eskimo Course is designed for those who want to acquire one of the most important skills in kayaking: returning the canoe to the correct position after a capsize, without exiting the boat.
Duration: 2 to 4 progressive meetings.
