What you will learn

  • How to enter and exit the kayak safely
  • The fundamental paddling techniques (forward, backward, ferry, entering in dead water and current)
  • How to maintain balance and proper posture
  • Basic maneuvers in calm waters and light currents

Basic Canoeing (calm lake or river)

Ideal for learning the movements and gaining confidence
Duration: 1, 2, or 3 lessons of 1.5 hours

Advanced Canoeing (moving waters / river)

For those with experience who want to tackle moderate currents
Duration: 2 to 4 progressive sessions

Eskimo Course

The Eskimo Course is designed for those who want to acquire one of the most important skills in kayaking: returning the canoe to the correct position after a capsize, without exiting the boat.
Duration: 2 to 4 progressive meetings.
