The Triathlon Course is a complete and engaging program for those who want to get into this multisport discipline that combines swimming, cycling, and running. What does the course include?

  • Structured workouts for open water swimming, cycling and running
  • Specific T1 and T2 transition techniques (swim–bike and bike–run)
  • Management of effort, breathing and nutrition

Where does it take place?

  • Fiastra Lake (open water swimming)
  • Sibillini Mountains National Park (bike and trail/road running)
  • Possibility of indoor and roller/treadmill sessions during the winter

Course types

Basic Triathlon Sprint Course

Suitable for those who want to participate in their first race (sprint distance)
Duration: 4 weeks / weekend / intensive formula

Intermediate Course – Olympic

For those who already have experience and want to improve timing and technique
Duration: 6–8 weeks / customized combinations

Summer Camps & Multisport Weekends

Group training, race simulations, technical advice
Location: Lago di Fiastra sports facility (swimming), hilly roads (bike), paths and asphalt (running)
